My name is Christy and I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Occupational Therapist specializing in disordered eating and mental wellness.

With over 13 years of experience in the health and wellness industry, I have worked with clients with a wide range of health concerns and goals. While I am passionate about all things health and nutrition, my primary interest and specialty is in disordered eating and mental wellness. I work with women struggling with low mood, stress, anxiety, fatigue, emotional/binge eating, guilt or shame surrounding food, diet fatigue, distorted body image and related concerns who are looking for a holistic approach to address the root cause of their symptoms to feel their best and thrive.

Although I specialize in mental health and disordered eating, I am passionate about all areas of health and experienced in helping clients with a wide range of health concerns and goals, including but not limited to digestive symptoms, peri-menopause/menopause, acne, PCOS, cardiovascular disease (and related risk factors), insulin resistance, arthritis, chronic pain and vegan/vegetarian diets.
